XPRIZE Water Scarcity is a global competition that seeks to generate novel seawater desalination technologies that will be reliable, affordable, and sustainable. The prize is extremely attractive, up to USD40 million for 1st place. It is in PUB’s interest to encourage Singapore companies/research institutions to participate in this event to push for new innovative technologies.
